     WE PROUDLY ANNOUNCE

THE 2005 CLASSIC ESTATE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

A.  Spring Cleanup

These services will be performed during March through May.  Our completely thorough

 cleanup includes these services:

 1.  Pruning.  We prune dead, broken, or diseased branches of shrubs and ornamental

trees up to 10’.   Winter damage caused by heavy ice and snow will also be

      corrected.

2.  Plant Beds.   Weeds and landscape debris from winter will be removed and all

perennials and ornamental grasses will be cut back.  Bare and mulched beds will be

hand cultivated.  Beds will be edged and pre-emergent herbicide applied to control

weeds.  Fertilizer will also be applied where required.  Premium mulch will be added

to all beds not to exceed a 2 – 2-1/2” layer.

3.  Plant assessment.  We will carefully inspect all plants in the landscape, including the

lawn, for signs of pests and  disease.  If we find an infestation which requires

attention, chemical application will be billed at the rate of $7.50 per whole or part

     gallon of chemical required.

4.  Structure cleaning.  We will clean all debris from mats, window and stair wells, and

     beneath first floor overhangs.

5.  Debris.  All surfaces will be swept and/or blown off after work is finished.  Any

     landscape debris will be removed.

6.  Review.  We will inspect the job and walk through it with you to be certain that

everything done meets or exceeds your expectations.  We want you to be completely

     satisfied.

7.  Other charges.  All chemicals—insecticides, pesticides, and herbicides—will be

billed at the rate of $7.50 per full or part gallon used.

B.  Weekly or monthly services, offered March through October:

1.  Plant bed weed control.  Weeds will be pulled, dug out, or sprayed as required to

keep all beds free of unsightly weeds  and looking neat at all times.  Chemical, post

emergent weed control is not included in this service and application of these

products will be billed at $7.50 per gallon or part of gallon required

2.  Plant inspection for signs of pests or disease.   All plants in the landscape—trees,

shrubs, annuals, perennials, ground covers and lawn—will be inspected for the

presence of insects, disease, or improper growth patterns.  Any problems detected

will be reported and  solutions suggested.  Corrective pruning will be done where

indicated.  Application of pest or disease control will be billed at $7.50 per gallon

or part of gallon required. Plant removal will be recommended as necessary, the cost

of which will be billed separately.

3.  Lawn care.  Grass will be cut at 2-1/2”  to 3”, depending on weather conditions.

Mowing equipment and patterns of cutting are designed to recycle clippings when

possible and to always make the job look neat and professional.  Excess clippings and

debris will be removed.  We guarantee that blades on all equipment are sharp so as

not to tear  grass blades.  Areas next to hard surfaces will be edged with string

     trimmers.

4.  Irrigation.   Irrigation systems will be monitored to be certain that the needs of the

area(s) are being met.  Suggestions for adjustments to accommodate weather

conditions will be made when required.  Time clock adjustments, repairs, and

maintenance of the system are the responsibility of the owner.  Lewis Nursery &

Landscaping, Inc., is not responsible for damage by others or improperly installed

     systems.

stair wells.  All hoses will be neatly rolled up and stored beneath faucets.  Any patio

or outdoor furniture will be replaced properly after sweeping.
